How we run events

Risk management

Designing risk out of a live show

Risk on a corporate event is rarely dramatic, it is a projector with no backup path, a supplier who quietly subcontracts, a generator nobody load-tested, or a downpour on an outdoor gala with no wet-weather call. Each is preventable weeks before showtime, and each is what separates a supplier from a production partner.

We build redundancy into critical signal chains, hold rapid access to backup equipment, vet every subcontractor ourselves, and carry documented contingency plans for power, weather, content and crew. Our production managers own live risk on site and make the call, so your team never has to improvise in front of an audience.

Accountability

Why one bilingual lead changes the outcome

Most problems on cross-border events are not technical, they are translation and ownership problems. An instruction understood differently by three vendors becomes three different outcomes on stage, and when something slips, nobody owns it.

Every iEA engagement runs through a single English–Vietnamese production manager who owns the brief end to end: briefing local suppliers, aligning expectations, running rehearsals, and giving your team one point of contact from planning through strike. Nothing is lost in translation and no decision falls through a gap between vendors.

Budgeting

Transparent, itemised budgeting as risk control

Opaque pricing is the most common complaint international agencies have about production in the region: a single lump sum, unexplained local mark-ups, and change fees that surface after approval. It makes the budget impossible to defend to a client.

We quote line by line: production, AV, staging, crew and logistics, so agencies can take our numbers straight to their client and know exactly what each line delivers. Clear budgeting is itself a form of risk control: when scope is explicit, surprises have nowhere to hide.

Nationwide delivery

One standard, in every Vietnamese city

Venue quality, crew availability and equipment stock vary widely between Da Nang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. An event that works in one city can quietly degrade in another if it is rebuilt from scratch with unknown local suppliers.

From our Da Nang base and Ho Chi Minh City office we move vetted crew and owned kit under one coordinated logistics plan, topped up by a partner network we have used for years. Wherever the event lands, it meets the same international production standard.
