One accountable team owns all of it from a single production desk, so quality and live risk sit with us, not your staff. We have been managing that risk on the ground in Vietnam since 2012.

The discipline behind a show that just works

Quality management

Every department works to a documented technical spec and is checked against it, staging, rigging, content, audio and lighting. Nothing reaches the audience that hasn't been reviewed, tested and signed off by the production desk.

Risk management

We design risk out before the show: redundancy on critical signal chains, rapid access to backup equipment, load and safety plans, and documented contingencies for power, weather, content and crew. Live risk is owned by us on the night, not handed to your team.

Run-of-show operation

A scripted running order and a show-caller drive the event second by second, speakers, video, lighting and entertainment cued live from one desk, with structured rehearsals so nothing is improvised when the room is full.
