Most production quotes in Vietnam look identical on paper and differ enormously on the floor. The line item says "line array" or "LED wall". It does not say whose, how old, how many spares are in the truck, or who is standing next to it at seven in the evening when something fails.
The difference is rarely the equipment. It is how much of the thinking someone else has already done. So we work in three tiers, and we tell you which one you are buying. The tier comes out of the conversation about your event, what exists already, and what still needs to be invented.
Accountability is the same at every tier. One bilingual production lead owns the outcome, whether we drew it or you did.

We work both ways: through international MICE agencies, and directly with brands. The production is identical either way. What changes is who we talk to, and how much of the thinking we carry.
Through an agency
You own the client relationship and the creative. We are your execution layer in Vietnam, we quote to your spec, work to your run of show, and stay off your client's radar unless you want us in the room. You can put your name on what we build. That is the entire point.
