iMAGINE Events Asia was founded in 2012 and is based in Da Nang. We produce corporate events nationwide: Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Phu Quoc.
Started in 2012, still on the ground
iMAGINE Events Asia was founded in Hoi An in 2012 by Jorn Libeert, who leads the company as Owner and Managing Director, and has produced corporate events, conferences and galas for international brands across Vietnam ever since. Trained in accounting and interior design in Belgium, he built an early career bridging technical and creative work, architecture, music production, stage environments and radio broadcasting, before relocating to Vietnam and turning that same technical/creative combination toward live event production. The company has been based in Da Nang since 2015, where its own AV, crew and production equipment are kept.
Fourteen years, one growing standard.
From a first event in Hoi An to producing nationwide from a Da Nang headquarters. The standard did not arrive fully formed; it was built one programme at a time.
- 2012
Founded in Hoi An
The company starts in Hoi An, producing events for the resorts and international clients along the central coast.
- 2015
Relocated to Da Nang
The move to Da Nang puts the company beside the airport, the convention centre and the beach-resort corridor, which is where the international work is.
- 2017
Into multi-day conferences
Single events give way to full programmes: plenaries, expo halls and gala nights running across several days under one production lead.
- 2019
Rebranded iMAGINE Events Asia
The name changes to match what the work had already become: an Asia-facing production partner rather than a local supplier.
- 2020–21
Weathered the shutdown
Vietnam closed to international travel. The crew, the kit and the supplier relationships were kept together through it.
- 2022–24
Rebuilt and expanded
International programmes returned. Owned AV, crew and production equipment grew with them, and the three-tier model took its current shape.
- 2025–26
Producing nationwide from Da Nang
Da Nang HQ, active in Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi and Phu Quoc produced the same way, coordinated from the central coast.
