The concept
A themed gala lives or dies on commitment to the bit. Global Markets Day 2023 went all in on 80s neon, mirror balls, sequin walls and hand-lettered signage, rather than a single branded backdrop dropped into an otherwise plain room.

The build
The neon photo-booth bar and the illuminated "PARTY here" sign were fabricated pieces, built and wired before they were ever hung, not off-the-shelf props.
