HK Bella Wings marked five years with an outdoor tropical gala, a star-lit red-carpet arrival, a live stage show and a branded Corporate Milestones wall charting the company's history.

The brief

HK Bella Wings marked five years with an outdoor tropical gala built to carry a room of guests from a red-carpet arrival through a live stage show to a seated dinner, an event where the arrival moment and the brand wall had to land as hard as the show itself.

The brief covered the star-lit archway entrance, a full outdoor stage build, live entertainment and a branded Corporate Milestones wall, produced as one continuous evening rather than separate set pieces.

What we delivered

iMAGINE Events Asia produced the gala end to end, with one bilingual lead owning the scenic design, technical package and live show-calling from arrival through to the seated dinner.

Arrival staging, a lit star archway framing the red-carpet entrance, the first branded moment of the evening.

The programme

A single evening, built around four beats.

Arrival. Guests walked the red carpet through the lit star archway to the flower wall and milestones display.
The show. An outdoor stage production with drummers and a dance troupe, lit and show-called against the branded hexagonal set.
Dinner. A seated gala dinner under the palm avenue and festoon lighting, stage still in view.
Reception. Guests circulated the branded environment through the evening, from arrival avenue to dance floor.

Scenic, the star archway, flower wall, milestones wall and outdoor stage set, built to specification.
Lighting, festoon and feature lighting across the palm avenue, stage rig and ambient states for the dinner.
