Staged for a regional expansion

The brief

Zebra Accelerate brought Zebra's Southeast Asia team and partners to Da Nang for an internal conference built around its plan to expand into the wider region, plenary sessions and breakout tracks needing one consistent technical standard and one show-flow, so attendees never felt a handoff between sessions.

iMAGINE Events Asia produced the conference end to end: staging, LED, delegate management and live show-calling, run by one accountable bilingual lead.

What we delivered

A full plenary and breakout technical production, with sponsor branding carried consistently across every session.
