Jorn Libeert
Jorn Libeert combines structural thinking with creative production. Trained in accounting and interior design, he began his career in Belgium working with architectural firms while simultaneously building a strong foundation in music production and live broadcast.
His background spans studio recording, electronic music production, stage environments, and radio hosting — experiences that developed a deep understanding of sound, lighting, spatial flow, and audience psychology. That technical and creative crossover naturally evolved into event production and stage direction.
Based in Vietnam, Jorn leads iEA with a focus on international production standards, disciplined execution, and clear bilingual coordination. His role is hands-on: translating creative concepts into technically precise, well-managed event environments for agencies and corporate clients operating in Vietnam.

From conferences and MICE programs to gala dinners, product launches, and brand activations, we provide structured production support across sound, lighting, staging, décor, and technical coordination. Our base in Da Nang allows us to operate nationwide — from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City — with strong local vendor networks and international-level execution standards.
