CAPACITY
We serve a capacity with in-house equipment and staging for 250 to 350 pax. For larger events we work with close partnerships coordinating flawless execution and balancing budget and quality.

OPERATION
A multi talented stage director from Belgium, keeping a close eye on the flow and ambiance management of your event. With a background in interior design and events, site inspections are a creative visit with focus on flow and interactive experience. Rehearsals are always key for a smooth flow of the event.

SOLID PARTNERSHIPS
In case requirements and group size exceed our capacity, we arrange extra equipment from local vendors and take care of communications and logistics between client, hotel and supplier.

IEA TEAM
